We are ok. But its like a war zone all around us. I can't believe all the destruction all around us. Thanks for thinking about us Julie.

Happy to hear you guys escaped damage out there Kenny. I talked to my coworker today who just moved in down on Masserant and he said it was pretty intense but he had no damage as it was closer to the lake. I didn't know how close it was to you guys until he told me. We were fortunate to be between where both tornadoes hit.

More than likely just the " Light or Lite " brand might have been blown down the street.

The beer was securely locked in my hand as I watched the storm

We (like sleep deprived dummy's) drove down to Dundee at 4:00am after the tornados ran through. It was an absolute disaster and it looked like something you would only see in a movie. Almost a week later, and they still don't have some of their side streets cleared. We drove past a spot where a house used to stand and all that was left was a jagged foundation and their toilet in the street attached to a piece of floor. It was heart-wrenching to say the least... I'm just glad Cabela's is still standing

Seriously though, it was TOO close to home... That was only about 8 miles from my house...
