![]() Quick update as conditions will chance in less than 24 hrs.
Trails are for the most part all perfectly flat, and perfectly ridable with a few small issues in the open areas. We lost about 3/4 of our snow in Iggy, but there is still 2ft of snow out in the woods, but trails are iced over and very hard. We are predicted to get 3/4in of rain tonight, so that will all be in question for the weekend. A quite cold night following all that rain, with maybe only 1in of snow in the morning is going to do nothing for great trails here. Again all we need in a 4in storm and we will be golden, but I am going to call not great conditions right now for sure. With all of the government closures going on, if you do hear over the bridge (yes it is open) here is some info:
Coming weather: Quote:
Will update when I have more info.

![]() Lots of rain overnight. It is just turning to snow this morning, zero accumulation as of right now. Only 1/4in of snow predicted now.

![]() The rain has kept us out of Iggy the last 2 weekends now. Really wanted 1 more ride UP there. The weather is not looking to favorable for next weekend either

![]() Posting on mobile so forgive me.....
Live report from the trails are they are a 9 out of 10. 100 times better than we thought they were. Yes they are very hard in the morning, zero topping snow, but they are loosening up in the afternoon to absolutely phenomenal condition.

![]() Yesterday Jeff, his daughter and I trailered up to Pine Stump and rode the day around Grand Marais. They didn't get the 1-3 snow forecasted but got rain instead. The trails were still okay though.
On our way back we took a look and the Straits trails and they weren't pretty. The rain Wednesday nite did a number on the RR grade. Down to water and ice and some bare spots. The west trails may be rideable yet, and the two tracks in the woods are ok yet.
