Default New sled - Cat chassis, Yamaha motor

Yamaha announced there new lineup today. An all new viper. It is the Arctic Cat chassis with the Yamaha Nitro triple in it. Sounds like a geat combination to me. I'm guessing this will gain a big market share for Yamaha.

Yes, I think it is a win win for most that love snowmobiling. I seen Arctic Cat manager posted it is a win win, since everyone that rides the new Cats are happy with the handling and chassis, and most all the people riding 4 strokes know that you can't beat a Yamaha for performance/per cc.

The best of both worlds. Cat ride and chassis, with Yamaha powerplant. Awesome.

Maybe Polaris and Ski Doo will try something. They can call it a Poo-Doo or a Confused Rev?

IMO, Cat has one of the sweetest looking sleds on the snow right now, and has always been known for great handling. I agree, they may have hit a home run on this "fusion". Would like to see the weight of the new model, but bet it's at least gonna feel lighter. I would look for Yamaha to drop a model for 2015. Also heard some sled rumors that they might be working on a 2 stroke for 2015 also.
