Re: Trail Conditions 3-18-19

Apparently Iggy & Moran was different. It was overcast all day in Iggy, only a little rain in the evening. It did rain for quite awhile in Moran.

Normal full report in the morning.

Re: Trail Conditions 3-14-19

Not as of right now. It may be a bit harder in the morning, but it is NOT solid ice. The water drained through the snow, and it is STILL a softer consistency like we have been dealing with all...

Re: Trail Conditions 3-14-19

Only issue at all will be First Street up to the US2 shell. Will try to fix it up some, but can't do much with bare pavement and huge snowbanks.

Trail Conditions 3-11-19

We have tons of snow, so lets pile some more on top of that! The little storm that went through Saturday-Sunday was supposed to drop like 3in for Iggy, and we got more like 6in and 8in out in the...

Re: Trail Conditions 3-05-19

I did hear about the tree. We couldn't locate anyone available with a sled, so groomer Chris took a chainsaw to take care of it on last nights run.

David, that is super way cool that you took it...

Give me 4-5 competent drivers from Trout Lake and I will do everything I can to get you a machine and oversee the program.

We went out and took a very scientific measurement, and we officially...

Re: Trail Conditions 2-25-19 The Big Rescue

Precisely. We are used to a groom lasting for several days. With this snow, a groom is only holding for 24hrs, if that. To top it off, grooms are taking average 75-100% longer this season. A 5-6...

Nice to see people are recognizing. We have been accused of not grooming a trail for days, when in all reality it was done the night before, things just are not holding up like we are used to.

I do...

Re: Trail Conditions 2-23-19

We are not getting a ton of snow, but the winds are crazy.

The groomer just left.... out US-2. Tomorrows...
