Anyone ever put studs on there track? Or is it better to take it into a shop?

Anyone ever put studs on there track? Or is it better to take it into a shop?
Easy to do by youself. Determine the # of studs you want to use - based on your track length (# of lugs). There are guides to show you # and where to place them (different patterns, etc). Get a track bore drill bit and drill each out (there are templates to use for alignment). Get your studs and backers (many places to choose from). Install the stud, backer and nut.

Might be tough to catch up to Con-Fusion, but damn near impossible to catch up to Wink. He darn near lives on here when he's not working. Might as well be the administrator.
