Hey folks,

Just wanted to say, we appreciate the work done on this site :) the heads up on trail conditions is great.

Me and my bud were planning on coming up for the 1st... been waiting a long time for a break from school/work, but looking at the weatherchannel.com forcast for the next 10 days, it seems like theres a slight bit of snow coming between now and the 6th, and whole lot of above-freezing temps.

I was wondering how you guys feel about the trails holding up for a week with (possibly) little to no refreshment snow and (again, according to weather.com) mostly above freezing temps (last i checked, no full-out snow showers were precidted until thursday the 5th). I see the trails seem to be good enough to ride as of yesterday and today, but... to be honest, thing look rather bleek for the coming week of the 1st.

*shrug* just worried about wasting our precious week off is all. REALLY wanted to ride, but would rather wait it out then blow my break on a warm (and mostly worthless) week.

Please check current conditions posted each day. Will the trails hold up for the next week? I can't tell you that. If we get 2 more days in teh 40s then you could probably say goodbye. However things are holding right at freezing right now, and those areas with snow are still holding, and riding IS POSSIBLE, just not ideal conditions.

We rode today 12/31 and I would say come on up. The trails were great. It was better than expected and looking at the forcast its only gonna get better this week. We are currently here and I don't see the conditions getting any worse.
