This is a great move for the Straits area Snowmobile club as well as the Community. I have always enjoyed your area and trails. The cut River Trail is my favorite trail in the Eastern U.P. As for the Cat Groomer she has served the club well. I will miss seeing her on the trails.

I have a recommendation to promote the site. I would recommend E-mailing the adminstrators at sites like MogulMashers.com as well as Fishweb.com Michiweb.com/snowmobile etc and ask them to promote the site. People are going to these sites to get the trail reports for your area and it does not take them here so thats not good. I happened to stumble on your site by accident. So if you get linked up to these poplular sites people will surely come. I will do my part to promote this new site.

You know the saying, Build it and they will come. Well you have built it and now its time to have the people come.

I am very excited to see your club take the next step.
This is great for your community and the sport alike.

I have contacted the webmasters on the 3 sites you listed. Some are difficult to get ahold of, their E-mail is not readily available, and one was not listed at all, but I gave it a shot.

Thanks for the heads up on those sites, I did not know about the MogulMashers one. If anyone knows of any other sites that we should be linked to please let me know. The more people here the better it is for all of us. I am the Snow VP, and I post the majority of the information right now, but my goal is for all of you to share experiences and ideas between yourselves. People will tend to believe other users before they will the admin. The Club is here to provide smooth trails, and we are moving toward the fun stuff like organized rides and other events too. I hope this will get more people involved.

Well I just spent 2 hours on Google and submitted to another 20 sites. I guess we will see if any respond with a link or not. (Man I spend too much time on here:wowza: )
