Snow VP

Last day of January, and we are officially 1/2 way through teh snowmobile season. Hopefully mother nature will treat us better in the second half.
Things look great, no problem areas to report. the base ranges from 4" on the RR Grade, to 14"+ in the woods. Continue to watch for Ice inthe corners. Also, a have had reports of some low branchs from the heavey wet snow, no trees down as of yet, but watch the overhangs & drive with caution.
Well I talked to Groomer Nick while he was on his run last night, and there must have been more sled traffic on Sunday then I thought, because he said it was pretty bad out there. He had the front blade, and drage working hard to rout the mougels all the way out. Some sections required 2 or 3 passes. He must have been out a long time because he was not back when I went to bed at 12:30, and Groomer Jason was gone before I got up. All of the trails should have received at least 2 passes some 3-4 since the weekend, with the exception being the Cedarville connector, which can not be done until Wednesday.
Come on UP! We’ll leave the Bridge open for ya!
Forecast is calling for a little snow every other day, the weekend it looking real good.
