I hear all the rooms in town are sold out, but would defiantly be worth a day trip. Trails are currently not good, but in a month they HAVE to be better. Bring the sled, check out the games, have a great time!!

Is the tourney going off as planned with the warm weather, Neil?

Mostly. They had to push Fridays games to Sunday. The ice was barely usable Friday afternoon, and it was best to just move the games. Everything went off great today it looked like. The 'boards' were pretty small due to the warm up. The guys were on the ice for about 4 hours this evening building them back up a little, and running the Zamboni to smooth things back out.
Ice bowling was fun. 'Rather Be Curling' made it the semi's and had a good time. We spent about 10 hours on-ice and drank a lot of LaBatts. Tomorrow is gonna be a bit fuller then usual, but they will get through it.
Ice in the bay is holding up really nice. The ice bridge, maybe not so much.
